Use of this Website is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Mary McCartney may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this posting, with the revised Terms taking effect for all Users as of the date stated on the posting. Please note that prices indicated in GBP are recommended retail prices for information purposes only and may be changed at any time by Mary McCartney without prior notice. In addition, fluctuations in applicable VAT rates may result in variations.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order which is an acceptance of your order completion and the contract between You and Mary McCartney has effectively commenced. When we dispatch the goods to you, the sale contract is then concluded in London under the auspices of English contract law.
Mary McCartney reserves the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain payment authorization; or if certain shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item d is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards; or it is withdrawn; or that the User does not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at the sole discretion of Mary McCartney. We will not be liable to the User or any third party by reason of our withdrawing goods from the site for whatever reason and any time during the process.
DISPATCH TIMES OF ORDERS
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Books will be dispatched within one week of ordering. For personalised orders please allow up to two weeks.

Any complaint or cause of action a User may have with respect to this Website must be commenced within the claim periods allowed under the governance of the laws of England & Wales, and all Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with that law. Merchandise bought from Mary McCartney will be available for refund, or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, so long as notification is received within 14 days of the date of purchase, and returned within a further 14 days accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
